Using wordpress made me PAINFULLY aware of my blog reader stats – i.e. i went from 70+ to 30+. This provides me with the unproven conclusion that people like to read my blog during exam time! Because it peaked then. Or they just got bored of me rambling on in wp since i seem to have no life or insights since A levels. Hmm woe
I was reading those nifty MSN pop-up news you get when signing into MSN and found these wonderful quirky facts about smooching:
2. A simple peck uses two muscles; a passionate kiss, on the other hand, uses all 34 muscles in your face. Now that’s a rigorous workout!
4. Kissing is good for what ails you. Research shows that the act of smooching improves our skin, helps circulation, prevents tooth decay, and can even relieve headaches.
8. The average woman kisses 29 men before she gets married.
9. Men who kiss their partners before leaving for work average higher incomes than those who don’t.
(didn’t bother with the other boring numbers)
This implies that WE HUMANS MUST KISS MORE, and KISS VIGOROUSLY because apparently it’s a super form of face exercise, which we rarely get aye aye?
Quirky fact 8 raises eyebrows, however. 29 guys in their lifetimes? What kind of kisses are we talking about? Full-blown tongue, or simple pecks? dares? flying? tiny touch on the hand? I know it says on average, but wouldn’t that mean there are some who probably kissed 80 men and some who only had one? the possibilities are huge! And i will probably never go pass the number 2
Hm. why am i so surprised? is 29 guys all that much really? Any socialite probably would have went past that number at the age or 20 or so.
I wonder how so many flavours of tongues feel. Do all mouths taste the same?
Eh who have kissed 10 men tell me!
It has became inane hasn’t it, the quality of my posts. But so far i honestly have yet to be inspired by anything to write or even construct my blog posts with flair and charm. I’ll probably start another page as a booklist: recording books i’ve read and books i’m going to read, crossing them off and so on. It’ll be fun! And anyone who has read the books/are reading the book i’m reading are very welcome to discuss it with me. But i warn you that my analysis might be so entirely shallow that i’m not worth the time
