So the weather of Day One is apparently ‘not that bad’ according to local standards. They (I have wondered long about this elusive word ‘they’ – have you questioned who ‘they’ are?) told us tomorrow there will be snow, and on friday it’ll be even more awful. You know, I can’t wait for winter to get over already *kicks snow*
Yes, I do have snow on the floor, burying cars, falling down etc etc. But the beauty of it has been marred by dirty slush lying on the side of the road.
You know I’d stay and talk about the day if I could… but I haven’t slept in goodness knows how long and i’m dyinggggggg to get some sleep. It’s 8.49am malaysian time (13 jan) which makes it 7.49pm Boston time (12 jan hello tomorrow!) and according to my not-yet-adjusted body clock, i’ve been working overtime.
On a side note, I’d like to thank my dad for the wonderful purchase of my Timberland leather shoes. And my mum/sis for the excellent steal of a down coat from MNG. These two items have kept the respective body parts unfailingly warm. I <3
