Project 365: Day 11 – A Sample From The Dining Hall
Which are foods I have definitely ate before! Bah, what can you expect from cafeteria foods, right? Anyway, this is my unhealthiest sample yet, I usually get a plate of greens with kacang putih and tomatoes but I guess the salad from lunch persuaded me otherwise.
Self-conscious for the first 10 minutes of entering, I paced around the gym trying to look as if I knew what I was doing when indeed, I really didn’t. (I identify this as not wanting to look like a total noob in gym – but who am I kidding? I am) After encountering locked locker room doors, a dead-end, and a corridor that led to a roomful of sweaty men, I plopped myself to a safe zone: the bicycles. After 20 minutes of rigorous cycling, I did some… thing that works on the waist, then 30 minutes of running. And though I know today’s exercise was probably quite useless in terms of refining the body, at least I sweated a ton! *will google on correct exercises to do later T___T*
Sadly, the yoga classes available are pretty inaccessible to me. One starts at 7.30am (tempting for the reduced number of students, but sleep outweighs everything!) and another’s 12.15pm, which clashes with my afternoon class. I guess I’ll look around again
i really don’t like dressing up for cold weather. hate the bulky clothes. urrgh. haha.
haha… here is a good site for women workouts. and you should keep your cardio workout over at least 35 minutes to start burning those fats, the time you put in after 30 min is burning fat. so in a 35 min run, you are actually only burning fat for the last 5 min..

@sam: it’s now slightly over 0C, and the ferocious winds have died down (at least for a while) so i can start dressing up a little

but i’m really not in it to burn fat oO I have no fat to burn at all *refers to previously posted pictures* I should be refining my body!
